   I booked this ride for an airport transfer, and it was a very disappointing experience. The driver arrived late, which added unnecessary stress to the start of my journey. The car was not as advertised — it was uncomfortable and not properly cleaned. On top of that, the driver was unhelpful with luggage and drove aggressively, making the ride unpleasant. For the price charged, I expected reliability and professionalism, but unfortunately this service delivered neither. I would not recommend them for airport travel.

   We booked a ride from Heathrow to Sheffield. The communication via email and text was fast and easy. They waited for us patiently since our flight was slightly delayed and met us inside the airport which was very easy for us. The drive was also great. We will use the service again when we need it!

   DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY ESPECIALLY FOR AN EARLY FLIGHT. They text me 10 minutes before my pick up telling me they will be late, it increased by increments of 10 minutes which reached over an HOUR late. They informed me that they couldn't find a driver and they passed our booking over to a 'sister company' - the driver told me he'd just been woken up and told to pick us up - I felt really safe with a half awake driver! To add insult to injury, we were told we had to pay the new taxi driver the £70 fare in cash, despite already pre paying for the cab; the driver then tried to add another £5 onto it when we were dropped off! We then had to race through security and made our flight by the skin of our teeth. At the time the representative said we would be refunded immediately for the second fare paid... On returning I engaged their 'customer service' for a refund, for which they said it wasn't possible! Eventually after much to and fro, I got them to refund me the second fare. Its safe to say this was THE WORST experience I've ever had with a cab company and the WORST customer service. In fact, the morning of cabs from companies such as Bolt and Uber were £20 less and would've been there in a matter of minutes. If I hadn't pre-paid I would've done that.

   I usually use Addison Lee when traveling to Heathrow. They had no cars available so I tried Britannia Airport transfer. My experience was excellent. Anthony communicated promptly regarding my reservation. I was upgraded free of charge to a larger vehicle. Driver was on time and all went smoothly. I will use this service again.

   Dont use. AVOIDDDDD. Landed at Terminal 5 today, only to find no driver waiting. Called to ask where the driver is only to be told this booking is not confirmed? The email had an order number complete detail of my trip etc. They then proceeded to tell me that the email i got was not from them and not a confirmation email? But used the order number i got via email to tell me my booking is not confirmed? Lol. I asked them to send me someone (errors happen) to my surprise her response was “Sorry i cant do anything for you” full stress. I never write negative reviews but this i have to, avoid at all cost. I went for them because they were cheap…. Dodgy company. I ended up ordering an uber.

   On time and professional. I`ve been using Britannia Airport transfer multiple times and I`m very satisfied with their services. The price is more affordable than others or other companies. Every time the driver helped me to load the luggage and was on time even if one time the flight was delayed. Britannia Airport transfer are clean and have internet connection .Every journey was smooth and safe.
