   Wanted to leave a review even though we didn’t end up traveling with Umbrella Transfers. We had scheduled pickup at Gatwick. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen traffic issues our driver was delayed. When it was apparent they could not accommodate us in a timely manner, we were refunded right away. Then on our return to the airport, our flight was canceled and rebooked at Heathrow. I contacted the office at 5:30am and they responded right away. They did try to find us another driver but when it could not be confirmed right away, they refunded my fare again. I will definitely book with umbrella transfers the next time I come to London just for the customer service alone! Thank you!!

   Fabulous service. The driver was very punctual, attentive, professional, polite,... The car excellent. It's a proper high standard service. I sent an email to cancel my second service and they did it very easily and politely. I was very well impressed with them. Finally, I rebooked the service to return home. Fabulous car, very good driver. Fantastic!!! I highly recommend this company to everyone!!

   All the staff at booking office were very polite, helpful and patient. Also, I was able to talk over phone 24/7, not only by online. I shopped around for "Meet and Greet" for my wife coming back from Hong Kong and Umbrella Transfer was one of reasonable as well as cheapest. The price was quoted as total price and there was no confusion. They provided the driver's detail with a picture in tracking website. Therefore, it is easy to track the position of the driver. Also, the tracking website was available until the destination, home. The drive, Yianakis Erasi, was also helpful. There was several change/update of arrival time to LHR T3, but he was able to adjust the meeting time properly. He also communicated well with me, as my wife was unable to communicate.

   Had a terrible experience with an airport transfer here. 1) The driver was not actually waiting at the airport and instead asked me to let him know when I had my bags... The whole point of booking an airport transfer is to have somebody waiting when you land so you don't wait any longer - not ideal after a ~13 hour flight. Had to wait around 15 mins after getting my bags. (Driver should be waiting at the airport per the website) 2) The driver parked in a disabled spot at Heathrow, without having any blue badge on display. (Photo attached, which is a screenshot of the video in the car). This is very unprofessional in my opinion. 3) At drop off, didn't even offer to help with the bags, had to drag 2 large suitcases and a small one + a backpack across the parking and up the stairs to the gate. To be fair he did help at the airport when I had a trolley but it's a lot easier to push a trolley (Per the website luggage assist and door to door transfer should be included) 4) On the confirmation I received from the agency that booked the transfer for me the car would be a "Comfort Sedan" but was in fact a Citroen Berlingo which I'm not sure fits that, but that's a small gripe. Overall, I'd probably stick to using Uber or Wheely's airport pickup service.

   We used this service (saloon car) from Gatwick to London and were very satisfied. The driver was professional, polite and very pleasant to talk to. He communicated with us upon arrival via sms and their app. He drove us to our destination quickly and safely in a clean and comfortable electric car. The communication with the office was seamless, I had all the drivers info well in advance. More over they rapidly adjusted our reservation following a 4h plane delay. I highly recommend!
