Absolutely awful experience with this taxi company. My husband pre-booked a taxi to take our child to hospital for a scheduled appointment. As it was so important he left a 30 minute buffer in case the taxi was late. The taxi was 45 minutes late! The whole time my husband was calling asking where it was. They kept saying “3 minutes away” but it never came. If they had told the truth at any point we could have ordered an Uber and been fine. But constant lies meant that my husband was hanging on waiting for the pre-booked taxi, thinking it was indeed “3 minutes away”. When the taxi eventually turned up 45 MINUTES LATE the driver said that he had only been informed of the job 5 minutes earlier. In desperation my husband continued with the journey whilst calling the hospital but eventually they told him we were too late and the appointment was cancelled so he had to turn around and go home. Now we have to wait weeks for a new appointment. Never ever use this company for anything important. We thought it would be more reliable than Uber for something so important but we learned the hard way. I know things can go wrong, there can be unexpected traffic delays. But we thought a 30 minute buffer could account for this. My problem with this company is the constant lies that prevented us from finding an alternative solution.
The taxi fare was £14. I paid the driver £24, it was dark and I hadn't realised how much I gave him. He stopped me to give me the £10 overpayment. I thanked him for his honesty. Greatly appreciated and good service. 15/8/×4

Booked a taxi in advance and was quoted £37. Phoned next day to confirm the price and time. Got to our destination and driver charged us £50. Phoned the office to question the price increase. Who ever was on the switchboard was very rude and said he’d never quoted that price! Why would I make it up? The pick-up was booked for our return at 11.30. Well we gave up and had to find another taxi home. Never ever again will we use this company. Dreadful service from start to finish
Needed a reliable taxi service to take us from Staines Travelodge to Ascot Races and collect us thereafter. (Thanks to the train strike we were "high and dry"!!). Got a great quote from Donna. Visited taxi office to confirm all. Jason , in his wonderful Mercedes saloon car, was fantastic. Timings were "spot on" both ways. Such a wealth of "local knowledge" too, which was a bonus. This is probably the worst taxi company we have ever used. We called them in the afternoon to book a taxi to and from a party we were going to, and then just over half an hour before the taxi was due to pick us up, they called us to tell us they didn’t have enough cars to honour our booking. It really left us in such a stressful situation to try and find another one so last minute as we were new to the area. On the way back they turned up 40 minutes late and then tried to charge us 50% more than the taxi who had taken us there, and it wasn’t even late pick-up. Everything you don’t want from a taxi ‘service’, definitely wouldn’t recommend
Prebooked a taxi to go to Heathrow a week in advance. Lady confirmed it to me in the phone. Waited and called on the day, told there is no booking. So now we have to book 2 ubers, costing double the amount. Would not reccomended especially if you're booking in advance or looking to go to an airport. Caused additional unnecessary stress to everyone (and we have a 2 year old). HONESTLY AVOID.
I lost my handbag in Staines at a carpark ticket machine by the cinema. James was the Ronia taxi driver who found it and even offered to deliver it after his shift finished. Ronia have my vote for their honest drivers. Thank you James.
I do not use a car service but I worm with the public and whenever asked for a private hire or taxi I always either call these of give out this number. You have a fixed price if you ask and can pay cash or card. Very reliable.
