   This is now the second time I have used express cars in short succession and have been very impressed with service and the friendliness of the controllers and the drivers. A big shout out for Jan in the office who has made it a pleasure in arranging the service, and Sophian the driver who picked me up the other morning. So far I have found their prices very reasonable aswell for the quality service that I have received so far.

   I have been using Express Cars for my trips to and from Heathrow for a while now and they have always been spot on. This week I booked a return journe and the driver arrived exactly on time, helped me with my luggage and made the whole trip stress free. On the way back, they kept in touch so I didn’t have to worry about finding them after my flight. Friendly, reliable and it just makes the travel side of things so much easier.

   I spoke to the office after a journey and they put the phone down on me and refused to give me a receipt for a long journey. Disgusting customer service

   Well what a shambles of a business. Like to try and use local firms where possible rather than big nationals, so booked in advance for an airport drop off at 3:45am. So on the morning it gets to 3:50am and no car, so we call the office who tell us the driver will be “10-12 minutes”. 15 minutes passes, no sign - I call again. Am told “5 minutes”. I call again when he doesn’t materialise. Am told 10 minutes and driver will call me directly. Driver calls me at 4:16 (31 minutes late, we have a flight to catch) and says he’s outside. He isn’t. We ascertain he’s at totally the other end of our road. Avoid!

   Was about apprehensive because of the negative reviews. Did an online booking the week before. Got a call the day before to confirm. Taxi came on-time, just went to wrong house but rang me. Helpful with luggage l, and got to T3 no problems. Would use again.
