   We had a taxi booked with another company for 5:15 a.m. to take us from London to Gatwick Airport, but it never arrived. At 6:00 a.m. we found the phone number of this company and called them. They answered very quickly and booked a taxi for us within seconds. The taxi arrived in just 15 minutes. The driver, Rahimullah, was very kind and even stopped at an ATM so we could withdraw some cash to pay him. He drove us quickly and safely to the airport, and thanks to him we didn’t miss our flight. Very positive experience, thank you!

   Destination: Heathrow Terminal 5 Pickup: Rude driver when asked if the MPV would fit 5 passengers. Was hoping for a 7 seater as I made it clear we had 3 young kids under 9. Collection: Very nice driver, prompt comms and swift/safe drive home with 3 very tired kids.

   I had booked a cab from Northolt to Hayes. The driver who picked us was very polite and well behaved. He arrived at the pick up point before the specified time itself. His driving was good. We had to have lunch on the way, He waited till we had lunch and did not hurry and did not ask us to complete lunch soon. We asked him to join us for lunch. He did not join us. So I gave him extra while paying for the trip but he politely refused. I was very surprised to see drivers these days not taking extra money. Very professional service from Northolt Taxis.
