Scammers! Would recommend everyone stays clear of this company. On the handful of occasions I've used them, each time they have messaged me on the day of the job and said that additional drop-off/pick-up fees were 'accidentally' missed from the online booking charge. And they wont be able to proceed unless the fees are paid. I'd suggest this is not accidental if it keeps happening. Last night, we pre-agreed that they would come to the airport when I messaged to say I've landed. However, when I switched my phone back on after landing (about a 20 min delay) I had multiple messages from the driver and the office telling me I needed to urgently contact the driver who was waiting in arrivals. Whilst I waited for my case in the baggage hall, despite having explained what was happening, I was getting messaged every 5 mins asking where I was. And then when I met the driver and went to the car, I was basically taken hostage and advised it would cost an extra £35 if I wanted to be taken home. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. These guys cannot be taken seriously as a reputable taxi company.

This is one of the best taxi service in spruce grove/stony plane area. The dispatch was pleasant to talk to. The driver was quick, and friendly, All the taxis I was in were always clean and neat and that is important to me. Very professional.
Friendly, accommodating, but non-intrusive drivers. Inside and out, cars are spotless. Despite the challenging location for the return trip, I was picked up on time. I think the service was top-notch and will definitely use this company again

We were very impressed. Our driver Rana Atif arrived 5 minutes early and was an excellent and safe driver. We had a very safe and good journey from Heathrow to Gatwick with him and we would definitely use this company again. No problems whatsoever.
Consistent with the other reviews, absolutely terrible service. I prebooked the taxi from Heathrow and provided my flight details. The driver started calling me 5 minutes after I landed asking "Where I was?". Anybody with any airport transfer experience knows that it takes about an hour to get out from Heathrow. When I did get out, the driver had left leaving me stranded with two children and a baby. Three weeks later I am still waiting for a refund!!!
