I use galaxy whenever I need a ride from Woking. Cars always available and a good, fixed price. Avoid the taxi rank at the station these guys are so much nicer and cheaper too

Absolutely useless. I pre-booked a taxi for 0410 hours, so I could get my first train out of Woking Station at 0430 hours. I had an important meeting at work and had to catch that train. Waited outside and by 0415 hours, there was still no taxi. I called the office and was told the driver was on Lockfield Drive, and would be with me in two minutes. 0420 hours, and still no driver. I called the office several times but got no answer. Luckily, I managed to find alternative transport and catch the train. I then get a call at 0424 hours, telling me the driver is outside my address! What's the point in pre-booking a taxi if you can't arrive on time? No wonder taxi company's are losing out to competition like Uber/Bolt.
For the most part these drivers are nice and not to expensive. 9 out of 10 driver are a very friendly and enjoy a chat. Sadly in past ive had 1 or 2 grumpy driver. But not in a while
We always use Galaxy cars in Woking if we need a lift somewhere. Mostly we use them for transport to airports and for pick ups on our return. Whenever we use them they are always punctual and helpfulThe instructions regarding airport pickups on our return to UK always work well. Clear instructions are given as to exactly where the pick up will be. They are very reasonably priced and the cars are modern and clean. We would not hesitate to recommend them We have recommended them to our friends who are equally pleased. Many thanks to you all.
As everyone else says, terrible, terrible service. Go literally anywhere else. Booked 24hrs in advance for 6:45, phoned at that time, and was advised that it would be 10 minutes. At 7:00 I phoned again and was then told it would be 15 minutes. Booked for an airport run, so this added stress that was not needed. Never using again
Galaxy cars are the very best in this business, I have had a very bad time this year with my health so I have extensivly since February Back and forth to St,Peters about 20 timèssering Drs, consultants all over the place at all times of the day, discharged after midnight and there wasn't ONE single occasion where they let down and don't know what I would have done without them Always prestine cars with decent drivers to boot. They have personally provided me with a truly exceptional service which I will always be eternally grateful for
Absolute ripoff! A 3 min drive cost us £15 on a Saturday lunch time. From Hotel to Wedding venue. On top of the stupid cost the taxi was late which meant that my elderly parents had to be rushed to the venue by a different driver. Do not use. If I didn't need to be at the Wedding venue I would have refused to pay. It's predatory behaviour.
Looks like Galaxy Cars have some bad reviews, but I had a really good experience with them. I booked in advance for an early morning lift to Gatwick Airport and was quoted a reasonable price. We were actually slightly late leaving our house but the driver was patient and did not charge us extra. I would certainly use them again.
