   Absolutely awful. In preparing my partner’s accounts for him there was negligence on their part, which necessitated their redoing his accounts. For this they tried to charge him twice, which he refused to do of course. What was most repugnant of all was Sue Nicolson passive-aggressively withholding a document of the utmost importance we needed for my visa application unless my partner agreed to pay them a second time for work they had to redo on account of their own carelessness. Three months later I still haven’t been able to apply for my visa. Pursuing this with CIMA in due course.

   Great Company to work with.
