It’s like dealing with the Scarlet Pimpernel. These people contacted me by text to make a payment in relation to an Internet website with 1+1. Just a straightforward demand It had been cancelled as per contract and nothing was owed. I have tried several times to contact them with no success, seem like a really dodgy mob.
A genuinely evil company that incentivises their "engineers" to illegally break into the homes of the disabled and pensioners to force fit prepayment meters - scum of the earth.
Had a text message out of the blue for £27.00 owed. No explanation just a link to make a payment. No answer when called and no reference from any authority or company that a minimal amount has been passed to a debt collection agency. I have blocked them as they do not appear legitimate.

If I could give them 0 stars and still leave this review I would. After falling behind with EE (totally my fault, I get that part) I got a letter from these guys. Thinking I HAD to pay them I set up a direct debit with them to pay it off, half a year later I get a letter from EE with a amount that doesnt add up. Then figuring out Arvato hasnt paid EE all the money I paid them, after being in contact multiple times with EE I know what has been paid and settled up with them direct. Then got told to chase Arvato for the missing money as EE themselves couldnt help. Im 3 weeks in, and still no answers from Arvato. All they trying to do is to get me to pay the "outstanding balance" which has been 0 for weeks with EE and not them. After saying I would contact the police they cleared the balance and was told 2 weeks ago they would send me statements of payments and this has still not been done and Im just getting ignored now and no history on their site. Stay clear, contact who ever you owe to directly and try to settle it with them

After having got 3 e-mails (with 'noreply' in the e-address) to contact them, (I thought it was a scam and it went to junk) and giving me no clue as to the reason, I got a letter with at last giving me a clue that I owed a small £1x-nx to an energy firm, but there was not a correct e-mail address on the letter to contact them. Paid & sorted. But then I had to prompt them to send me a receipt. Slovenly.

Be aware what you paying them! I have debt settled for 300 pounds, which i have paid literally within a week through email ive got from this company... After a day they took payment twice inatead of 300 pounds they have taken 640 pounds... I have proofs abd svreenahot etc. I have called them severall times it took literlly week untill manager came back to me with no answer and excuses that they set ill investigating. After week that they call me and says that the payment has gone from their website to completely different company, so theyre not responsible for this... This.has left me with no food and no money for weeks... Now i have lost 300 pounds and noone really seems to care be very aware of this company as it seems to me they just trying to scam whoever they can, very bad feedback from their side, i would avoid dealing with them!!!
Received a letter from them regarding a debt outstanding from EE. I called Arvato to advise them that I have spoken directly with EE and the bill has been paid as this has been an error when switching banks. EE also advised me that I may receive communications regarding the now paid debt, and that I should ignore any communication. The gentleman (not so gentlemanly) then proceeded to tell me that I was wrong for doing so and I will be chased for any fee's incurred by Ervato. What utter LIES. I have referred this to the FO for investigation.
