Have used the service several times taxi has always arrived on time when booked in advance. If not booked the taxi arrives within a reasonable time and you are contacted by the driver. Would use the service again and recommend it.
They are scammers. Sovereign Taxi took a £250 prepayment for two large trips and refused to refund the £100 trip to Gatwick Airport, which was canceled due to the airport’s closure following a terror attack warning. Legitimate taxi services only charge after completing the job. This is the only taxi service that takes money for work not completed. I used it regularly for three years, but will never use it again
The WORST cab service ! My first time using them, driver was over 40 mins late !! Had made booking evening before. Awful company !! Do not recommend at all
I would give them a rating in negative if I could. HORRIBLE customer service. They don’t even inform you if the cab is going to arrive on time. The customer representatives don’t have the basic decency to speak properly to a customer despite their own mistakes. They’re hopeless to speak to including whoever is heading their management. Absolutely obnoxious behaviour.
I had a very short notice trip from a Heathrow hotel today , the service was excellent , prompt pick up and driven all the way back to Cornwall in comfort and safety . Highley recommend this company .
