   Very reliable. Receptionists always very mannerly and helpful. As an elderly person Their personal touch makes me feel appreciated. Things like knowing my name and most times my pick up point as this information is stored securely on their system make me feel safe. The drivers with their clean comfortable cars are extremely kind and drive safely. I highly recommend Abbey Cars

Flexible (we booked online and selected the wrong day, called them on the day at 5.45am and they had a car with us within 10mins). Reasonable pricing. Highly recommend

   ** DO NOT USE this company ** Extremely poor service from a confirmed airport pick up. Driver waited an hour from flight landing time and then left. Seemingly no understanding of time taken to clear customs and get baggage after an international flight. Unable to contact my husband so driver just left. Seriously?? Abandoned a confirmed job. This left my husband and exhausted kids stranded after 26 hour journey from Australia. Extremely unprofessional to not realise it can take over an hour to get out after a flight.

   Useless company for airport transfers. The drivers are always 30-45 mins late to pick you up from the airport even though they have flight details to track your flight. Multiple times we have asked for car seats for our infant and they have either come with no seat, a broken seat or one for an older child. They just can’t get the basics right

   Never usually bother to you write negative feedback however this needs to be called out. Booked a Heathrow airport collection. We are a family with two young children. When we arrived at Heathrow, there was a problem with the carrousel which led to a delay of 30-45 mins on everybody’s luggage. I phoned to notify the driver as soon as the problem started, but he got extremely irate and began shouting down the phone, as if it was our fault. When Heathrow eventually fixed the issue and our luggage came out, we met the driver at the agreed pickup spot. We were late (which was of course was out of our hands), and he immediately yelled at us, in front of the children. Nobody needs this after a long and tiring journey! With the driver being in this state, we told him to leave. Instead, we called for an Uber which surprisingly arrived 6 mins later and charged an equivalent price to what the original cab would have cost us.

   IGNORE AT ANY COST ! Booking got cancelled 5 minutes before journey . Very last minute cancellation! It’s a trip to Heathrow and we nearly missed our flight ! One of them mentioned my fares was too low, which means they have a better opportunity to make money and ditched us ! They didn’t even attempt to rectify the issue . Ended got an Uber and Black Cab costs us £60 on top !
