   We used the firm for 6 months for school pick ups for our son. The owner promised us that we would never be let down and the drivers will always be there on time. True to the owner's words , his drivers always picked my son up on time. This is a very professional firm and I will 100 percent recommend them highly. This is the best cab firm in west London from my experience. The owner and his drivers provide a brilliant service. MR & Mrs Randhawa

   Driver: Ahmed Vehicle Number: AO69UYB Car: Vw Sharan Trip date: 30/07/23 Trip: Southall to Ruislip (4.7 miles) I booked my cab for 35 pounds. I was moving the luggage which was informed while booking. After reaching the location the driver charged us £45. The driver was indirectly asking for a tip and unnecessarily cribbing about the prices which was creating a negative mood in the journey. I would have appreciated it if the correct price was asked upfront and the driver created a positive experience. Moreover, my sister also moved luggage in 'Volkswagen transporter' (comparitively bigger car) the same day which was a 12 mile journey. The price asked was £50 pounds and we ended up paying a £10 pound tip due to a better experience and fair pricing.

   Misunderstanding double charged me and refused to manually refund. Ignorance and is now ignoring Too late to claim through credit as I trusted that he would refund after seeing them in person and exchanging phone calls and saying he had the refund amount for me in an envelope ready to send

   Absolutely rubbish Double charged me as thought the system sends back the money when cancels a journey I paid the man in person too because I needed the journey So has the money off the system and in person money as he thought the money bounces which ur doesn’t Stopped replying to messages and calls so visited in person saying he’ll fix it and still didnt Worst customer experience I’ve ever had

   Double charged me as claimed system automatically refunded after he cancelled it . Paid in person too however system never gave me money back. He stopped replying and said he’ll sort it out in real life but never did. Scammers

   Extremely unreliable service. I made an advance booking to catch a early morning flight. The cab didn’t turn up. When I called them up I was told the cab is on its way. I waited another 15 minutes and hailed a uber. After about half an hour I get a call from the driver that he is ‘near my home’. This was my first business with Air Express car and not a great experience I must admit.

   I was cheated by this cab service. It's the first time ever I used any taxi service in London, I wanted to shift all my stuff to a place which was less than 1km distance, they charged me £20 for in bigger cab, massive rip off. Never going to use their service again.
