    We ordered a taxi for 3.30am to the airport. By 3.45 no taxi had arrived and no phone call. So we ordered an Uber. AV cars then phoned, asking where we were. The guy on the phone was then very rude when we told him they were late and didn’t contact us so we had had to call an Uber. Also they quoted £15 more than the Uber cost. I would not recommend.

    Booked this company from Shepperton Studios to Staines for an ASAP pick up. The car was there in two minutes and the driver, Murad, was lovely. He was also helpful with recommendations for the area (as I'm new). Will definitely use again.

    Got off the train at Shepperton, crossed the road and directly opposite is this taxi firm. Friendly operator had a car ready for me in 5 minutes. Nice car and the driver knew exactly where to go (which was good because I do not know the area). The nice operator explained that they are new and very nicely asked for a review - request granted - keep up the good work
