Delighted with taxi service to Heathrow. Driver arrived on time and we were alerted when he was on his way… etc Better than an Uber. Would definitely use Capital cars again and highly recommend

No mentioning of the 20p charge when paying over the phone. This lack of trust now makes me question now handing my card details over the phone (I will be changing my card). I did call one day later checking on the odd amount on my bank account - to ask what the 20p was and I did encourage them to tell all customers, they said they do, they did apologies but be warned ! I personally do not like doing business where I am charged extra for modern day technology that everywhere else I go is free. Especially if not told. I hope the company reads this feedback and changes their ways as otherwise it was good A to B, thank you.
Capital cars provided an excellent service. Collected us on time to go to Gatwick airport last week & then a very smooth pick up from Gatwick today. The communication has been excellent and both drivers very polite & helpful. Good driving by both. We now use Capital Cars for all our airport drop offs & pick ups. Highly recommend.

They were providing a taxi from Heathrow Airport to Weybridge. Instead of meeting us at Arrivals like other taxi companies, we had to search for them. Their driver was busy on his mobile when we eventually found him. Will not be using this company again.
The person taking the booking was completely useless! I’ve booked 2 cabs; he decided to sent only one that in his mind was good enough because it fit 8 people… He didn’t consider that fact that people were going to different locations When I called to ask where the other cab was; he simply argued with me instead of admit his mistake and send the other cab straight away Awful services! Never using it again
