   The driver was great which is why I’m giving it 2 stars. The service, however was terrible. I booked the car the night before for 4.45am. I should have realised the lack of competence when I had to call back to check they had my door number. (They had the post code and street name). I got a text at 4.43am saying the driver was on his way (bearing in mind I booked the car for 4.43am). When I checked the tracker it said the ETA for the car was 5.06am ( I booked it for 4.45am) I called the cab office to find out what was going on and they put me on hold - indefinitely. I hung up and called back 3 times and they wouldn’t answer the phone. I used a different number and they picked up immediately. The person I spoke to understood my frustration and explained that the dispatcher hadn’t actually instructed a driver to get me till nearly 4.45am (which is when I got the text. Like I said I called back several times and they didn’t pick up - I’ve not experienced such an unprofessional service before. The driver, when he arrived was very polite and apologetic. In the confusion of using a different phone I left my main telephone at home and he took me back without question, only to find that I’d left my reading glasses with the telephone. I was going to Heathrow and would have been stuck abroad without my phone ( there for access to my contacts abroad and my banking apps. The whole point of booking the night before was so I wasn’t stressed this morning. I won’t be using this service again.

   Started badly when he didn’t want to take us with one large suitcase and two carry on. Wanted to charge extra for carry on on back seat! Don’t need this to airport! He was a good driver who changed route to avoid traffic however

   Needed an airport cab from Soho to Stansted. Couldn’t believe how easy it was to book. Literally all online, very fast and easy, didn’t have to pay anything upfront. Had called another local cab company and they quoted me £20 more than Signature did. it was an early morning flight, at 1am I had questions, emailed them and they answered in a few minutes. Really impressed. Driver turned up on time. Nice clean car and great driver. Got us there in no time at all. All in all I was surprised by how easy and smooth the process was online. Responsive and reliable. Recommend highly. driver 001 was amazing driver.

   Very conscientious staff. Willing to persevere with language barriers and give alternative ways of communicating including emails and texts. Ali was courteous throughout the reservation process and Pasha was an excellent driver. My son felt very safe. Confirmation was sent to our email and texts , We were updated every step of the way including picture of the car picking my son up and drivers name and contact info. The service was impeccable.
