   Regretting using them out of convenience as all the other places were fully booked. I needed my nails removed and they did such a bad job and left half the acrylic on. Some of nails were sanded down way too much causing me pain and discomfort for weeks. I’m now in my fourth week since visiting them and my nails have still not recovered. I have bits peeling off from the left over acrylic and the tips snapping off due to the trauma they were put through. I’ve had nails removed before from other salons with no after problems but this time it’s been a nightmare as it was not done properly. I felt rushed and ignored as the elder lady kept running inbetween clients. Sometimes I was left with my hands soaked in water for up to 30 minutes at a time. They seem very greedy to take on all the customers even when they don’t have the capacity or staff to do so. Just offering your clients a free drink from the cooler does not make up for the extremely poor level of service they give. Please avoid AT ALL COSTS. I wouldn’t even go back there if they did it for free!!!

   When i went into sunny nails in kingwood on entering the staff said £28 as i was having my infills done they never had my colour and i had to use my own colour and then she said to me it will cost £35 with my own Polish! They just make up the prices.

   I went with my sister to get her nails done. A customer who arrived after us got seen first. After over an hr of waiting wr got seated but wasn't seen for another 20 mins. When my sister did get seen the lady she cut her nails down and then walked off for a further 10 mins and when she came back she started cleaning the sore rather then see to her client. My sister started complaining and then the lady and another nail tech started talking in there language and the other nail tech took over. The nails were wonky to start with until my sister spoke up about it. The nail tech pushed her fingers so they looked straight rather then taken the nail off. Finally nail was taken off and put on straight after the 3rd time. They wasn't the most gentle to my sister. We then found you can pay by bank transfer via another customer speaking to a nail lady about getting cash out and the nail tech said we take bank transfer where there are no signs for this. All signs says cash so my sister I walked for 30mins trying to get cash out. The nail wasn't to bad and prices was okay. However general service just wasn't it.

   Absolutely awful, the girl who done my nails looked about 15 and was just looking anywhere else other than at what she was meant to be doing. The acrylics were so lumpy and bubbling, the gel nail varnish peeled off after 2 days. It was just dreadful. Will not be returning and I advise no one else too

   AVOID THIS PLACE!!! extremely rude staff. Sat down at the nail counter where they told me to sit and the lady walked off for ages and then came back and sat opposite me ready to do my nails, but then proceeded to be on her phone for 5 mins before starting my nails. They did a full set of acrylics on me which took almost an hour which is crazy long, then told me there was something wrong with the powder and that it wasn’t drying, so they had to take them all off? All the workers came over and started touching my nails randomly which was really weird and did not say a thing to me. The large Chinese lady was standing next to me and laughing. They cut them all off, making me bleed, and soaked them 3 times, still leaving acrylic on and getting black gel all over my nail beds and my clothes. My fingers started to really hurt. I got up and left. Please avoid so you do not get disappointed or waste your time with these rude untrained people. I just wasted hours and my natural nails are sore and ruined.

   WARNING: Took my girlfriend here and unbeknownst to me at the time they were very very tough, hurt her nails and would be rude. They left on glue after the nails were removed so her nails still have bits of glue on and she was hurt so her fingers are very sore. She's too scared to go back because of how rude they were. She didn't tell me because she was too scared. She just wanted to get out and to cry. Her nails look awful and it's put her off ever going to these places. I'm pretty mad about it but not sure what to do now. I'll just warn people for now. Hopefully this can do something.
