My nails really are perfect! The man who did my set was so professional, he took his time and was gentle. Usually when I get my nails done it is a very painful experience but he was just amazing. Every pearl was placed with perfect precision and they look just like my reference image. They offer you refreshments and there are two super cute dogs too. The nails were more a bit more expensive than I’m used to paying but for the level of care and hard work that went into my nails I was happy to pay it. Will definitely be back, thankyou! Xx

Horrible experience. My mom had a pedicure done here and we were really disappointed with the level of hygiene. The man working there used the same scissors on her as he did on the person next to her without sanitizing them in between!! They also added bleach and salt to the water without asking, which caused a strong allergic reaction for my mom. When she told him, his response was that she’s the first person to get allergic. I also had my nails done here, they fell off after just two weeks. During the process, the man accidentally cut my finger and all I got was a “sorry.” while my finger was bleeding. The pricing was unclear, before starting there is a price but then getting your nails done it’s a completely different one.. I asked for square nails and they turned out thick and uneven. The service felt rushed and careless. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for safe, clean, and professional treatment.

Not so perfect nails! Don't go here, I had builder polish 2 weeks ago, within a day my thumb nail broke below the thumb end, i had it fixed at my local beautician, she said didnt seem thick enough, gradually all nails broke/crumbled, went back today, owner was rude and declined fixing for free Had nails fixed at Posh Nails, amazing experience, they advised Perfect Nails only used one thin coat, which is why nails broke . Date of experience: 30 April 202

I went to this place for the first time. And i did a french manicure. Before starting i showed him a picture of the nail art that i want. And he is not even helpful to choose the right color. The color they put me to the hand was completely different to the platte they provide me. So i had to change the colours different times. Then he got annoyed and he was going rough on my fingers. I asked him that i need short nails and now there’s some gel stuck under my nails. I paid £35 pounds for the nails. And i want best from them. I respect that they do hard work. Same time as a customer i want them to be polite. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

went here today and i had the worst nail experience ever ! and i’m not going to return as got told by the man my nails would be £23 but when i sat down the lady told me if i wanted length it would be an extra £5 when my friend went in this week and had long nails without any extra cost so will not be returning and the lady who done my nails kissed her teeth at me which was rude and not needed as she messed up not me will not be returning !

I’ve been here a couple of times in the past and didn’t seem to have a problem with my nails on those occasions, however I went there 5 days ago to get acrylics. Already, within 5 days 5 nails have popped off. I haven’t done anything out of the ordinary that could’ve caused 5 nails to come off within only 5 days of having them done. Also, one of the nails chipped a few days after despite getting gel to prevent that happening. It’s upsetting wasting money on a service which is suppose to last for at least 2 weeks, usually when I have my nails done they always last up to a month before having to get them re-done.

Had my nails done today,as I have been going to perfect nails for a while now. Usually I get Shellac done but got manicure and normal paint today as I'm growing my nails. Went to pay at desk and nail colour look like (see photo attached),staff are saying its because I didn't get shellac. I'm thinking it's cause they didn't dry enough. I was there at 15.30 today female staff wearing "beach boy club T-shirt"did my nails and it was as someone forced her to come into work. They could at least offer to fix it. Won't be returning anymore.

I love having a pedicure and shellac toenails done here. They are very thorough, but quick and have an amazing range of colours and textures. They are also lovely and hospitable and you can sit in the massage chair with a cup of tea while getting your feet pampered!
