We had to leave the guest house at 5:30am to catch the flight. The taxi turned up well before and the taxi driver helped us 4 big luggage’ in and out perfectly and very polite. Well recommend SkyEx taxi.
Excellent cab company good communication with the customer they also take cash payments which is great. My driver was very friendly as well overall 5 stars rating from me. Would recommend them to anyone.

I have had two taxi rides now with SkyEx and both times they were great. The drivers were respectful and drove fast but carefully. The second time, the driver arrived a whole hour early! What set them apart most though was the price. Both times my rides were extremely affordable compared to other services. Highly recommended!

I am afraid I had a bad experience this afternoon with the first driver who didn’t turn up to take me to Ealing Hospital for an appointment. If you are late for an appointment the department will give your place to someone else and I would have had to wait weeks to get another appointment. Your office had to find me another driver who was brilliant and with only 20 minutes to spare for my appointment he got me to the hospital on time. This driver’s number is 105 and he knew all the short cuts in the journey and remained calm.. Please do convey my thanks and gratitude to him. So I am giving 5 stars to him but no stars for the first driver.
Get the job done but the phone booking team could be further trained in handling calls in a more professional manner. Have had a couple of occasions in which the taxi was late but otherwise have been on time and helpful drivers. Always reasonably priced.
Well, just to respond the question of the owner, I used SkyEx long before, and the services were great. That's rating 5. However in recent days, I booked a cab from Heathrow, and after waiting for almost 10 minutes, I called back because I didn't get a confirmation. Seems that there was no cabs available, and I needed to wait.... So I just booked another service by cancelling. Here's a star I removed! Late Night almost 10:30, I feel there should be cabs available! At least near Airports or major stations. The safety of the passengers matter.
Fantastic service! I use them to get to airports in London. They keep track of flights, always are on time, very professional service, have good fleet (I even had a Merc with tinted windows picking me up a couple of times), very good drivers and offer significantly lower prices than app taxis. I absolutely recommend. One bummer - they only take cash for which I'd give 4.5 star. Other then that great company and high standards. I totally recommend!
Use this taxi firm all the time. I have had once incident in the past which was unfortunate. None since. I am glad to see they are asking for feedback from their customers now. They are punctual, polite, cars always clean, and drivers are friendly. Reasonably priced. They send out driver and car details, and you can track your driver journey to pick you up, and can also speak to the driver if necessary.. I have used them for airport drop off and pick up, with no problems. I highly recommend them.
