   The driver from this company SCAMMED my wife. The journey from airport hotel to terminal should cost £25. He charged her more than £60 because the driver had to stop to fill up (he said it’s extra fees) and extra fees for credit card. The driver was intimidating towards her and 2 children. When we complaint through Mercure Hotel that book the taxi, they agreed to refund £20 only. When I called the taxi company, they refused to entertain my complaint, claiming the extra charge was for tips and hanged up the phone. I will make official complaint to the regulator. Don’t use these thieves.

   I booked this service noting the positive reviews on here. I was returning to the UK after a long flight with my family and wanted a smooth experience to get back home. I received a confirmation e-mail about the booking. On arrival I was slightly concerned that I had not received a text or call from the driver. I then called the company who informed me they did not have my booking on their system. This was despite me quoting the reference number in the e-mail they had sent me. They told me they were unable to help as there were no drivers around. I felt devastated especially given that I had a baby with me. Given this experience, I will not be using this company again and would advise you to look elsewhere.

   Booked two minibuses to transport my family to Terminal 3 at Heathrow from the Radisson Blu Hotel on the bath Road and a return journey two weeks later. The customer service was first class with great communication before and on the day with minibuses turning up exactly on time. When we returned to Heathrow the drivers were there waiting for us at arrivals. First class service and reliability so much so, I am using them again next year because of that!

   Great cab service - good efficient telephonist who took my booking - cab was on time (5 mins earlier than agreed time, he was aware of this and just let me know he was outside) - polite, well dressed, friendly and well-mannered driver - clean cab, in fact the best smelling car I've personally experienced which made the journey all the more pleasant - reasonable price (when compared to other 'decent' minicabs in the area) - good safe confident driver with an awareness of others Thumbs up. Will definitely be using again if I need a cab locally

   Once landed in Heathrow received several calls from the driver who was not waiting for me at the arrivals. To save car park money (that I paid as additional price on the fare) he waited for me at the departures drop off bay. When I raised the issue he said it was doing me a favour to pick me up.... I won't use them again and suggest you to look elsewhere if you would like a proper cab service.
