    I pre-booked and prepaid a car to collect me from Heathrow Airport. The driver was not at the collection point at the agreed time and, after 30 minutes of unsuccessfully trying to call them, simply sent me a message to call their office. I received no explanation or apology. By that point I had already boarded another cab due to time constraints, rendering the entire process null, void, expensive and frustrating. If I could give 0 stars out of 5, I would have.
