   Contacted Erin with an SOS a few weeks ago as we had been mucked round by our current mortgage provider and couldn’t get a product appointment for MONTHS! Within 24 hours we had a DIP call with Erin and got the ball rolling with a better deal, and she guided us through all the extra hoops, was available on the phone when needed. Kept (me) calm through the stress. We thrilled to be moving into our new home (when we still would have been waiting for our product call for this week with previous provider!)
