Terrible service with zero customer service skills! Requested a taxi for a very elderly gentleman on Sunday. They wanted £15 to go 1 mile to the station. Taxi arrived and driver called to say in the car park. I asked him to wait as the gentleman was elderly and could not walk quickly. 15mins later I discovered the gentleman still waiting as the taxi had gone. Called up to enquire and was told the driver had called me twice more (he hadn't as no missed calls). I asked why driver did not come into the pub and was told it was not their job. I explained they had left an elderly gentleman stranded and they promptly cut me off! Fortunately, I managed to get the gentleman to the station by other means. Would NEVER use again.

Prebooked taxi turned up late, no text or call, left after 2 minutes. Joke!!
Rude and just hang up on you because they feel that they are more important than potential customers. E.g I rang up and ask for a taxi they asked where to when I told him he hung up.
Needed a taxi to get to a wake at Leatherhead golf club from bookam. Was told they had no taxis available, then told they could arrange a taxi for £25 each way (a complete rip off as It would normally cost £13-£15 ….. I got an Uber instead for 12.58!!) When I questioned the cost they put the phone down on me….:: DO NOT trust this company, they will rip you off given half a chance!
Booked a 7 seater for a family party. Never turned up. Phoned for 15 mins calls not going through! Had to drive in the end. Phoned when got home, denied there was a booking! I can show call history as evidence. Saved ourselves £80.
