One of their drivers was verbally aggressive and literally drove off while I was trying to come down from the car . While shouting that if I ever called the company again, they would leave me stranded. I have never felt this unsafe with a driver before. I called the company to lodge a complaint and they were dismissive and refused to listen.
Let down, booked a taxi for 12:30am with a confirmed price of £50-£55, taxi didn’t show so we called and they had booked it for 12:30pm after us confirming the timing several times. Taxi took 40 mins to arrive and when it did the three stops which we confirmed were all incorrect, then to top it off they said the new price was £73, £20 more than originally agreed. When we called the office they said it there was nothing they could do. Terrible customer service, avoid.
This taxi company let us down badly! Totally unreliable! Booked the day before a wedding to take us to the venue at Denbies vineyard All confirmed by phone. On the day just didn’t turn up. Phoned and what made it worse was they didn’t care at all !! Said something about he hadn’t been handed a note by person who took the message ! Was that our fault ? No!!! I would advise not using them Horrendous service and disgusting attitude - left us high and dry - not even apologetic ! UPDATE We phoned your company on your number on 1st March at 18.29- do you want a screenshot of my call record? ( or check your records maybe?) He said booking was confirmed - he even corrected the name of the road for pick up as we had got it slightly wrong not being locals !) Your response proves I was totally correct about your appalling attitude. Still no apology and we were late for a wedding!! Others reading this review can now make their own decision about your reliability and attitude Let me know when you find out who took the booking and you can manage to admit your mistake.. .
Had a taxi booked for Xmas Day, this was confirmed by email, they never showed up and have not responded to subsequent email. No explanation, completely unacceptable we had to walk home in the rain. Never again

These guys are life savers. We were stuck with no transport available near Oakley station as we got off the wrong train stop at 5.30pm during easter friday. There were no other trains scheduled, no busses, no Uber or Bolt. All the taxi services were closed for business. Our only option was to book the closest airbnb and walk there (4miles) after a full day of trek at box hill steps. AA Dorking were the only taxo service who said they would help and they sent over a car in minutes. Charged a bomb of course but we were back amongst the living at the end of the day.
When I got in the cab I was told it would be around £25 to go 7 miles. I thought this was a but steep but accepted it. After a short while I noticed that we were on double time even though it was only 11pm. The meter was on £37 when arrived so we ended up having an argument about the fare. I was told Mole Valley tell them to charge this amount, what a load of rubbish! I agree with Ivan don't touch them with a barge pole. The only good reviews will be written by themselves, AVOID!!!
A superb, professional service is provided. This company is efficient, punctual and cost effective, I have used them for most of necessary business collections and drops and they are always super reliable. I would not recommend anyone else other than A A Dorking taxi service!
