   I have always been happy with the service until the recent pick up , where they spell my email address incorrectly and hence i didn't receive their invoice ( i have provided the correct address which i have sent by text ). They called, shouting and yelling at me on Sunday night , threatening me over the phone . When i pointed out to them that they spell my email address wrong, they never response back nor apologies but sent me a bill which is much higher than we originally agreed ! I have never received such an awful service in the past and I am hugely disappointed, as i like this company very much in the past and it's always been my top choice when i went travelling in the past.
