   Absolutely disgusted with my first experience here never going here again...I wasn't happy with the shape they did so I was honest and kindly asked them to change them and the rudeness I then received and having to listen to them speak in their language while mocking me was very disrespectful! And then I left with nails that I didn't want as I just wanted to get out of there and paid a ridiculous amount!! Do not recommend!

   If I could score zero I would. I decided to treat myself for my 50th Birthday yesterday and was hoping for a friendly welcome, and a lovely pampering session. As soon as I entered, the young man who was available, said "choose your colour" without looking up from his phone. I asked for almond shape, and received no response whatsoever. I understood there may be a language barrier, so stayed quiet. He kept pushing my hand away, and yanking my hand toward him in an aggressive manner. When it came to putting the gel polish on, as soon as he had added the polish, he shoved my hand under the UV light, and sat back staring at his phone each time. I was just glad to get out of there, and won't ever go there again. A truly awful experience.

   First impression was an unfriendly welcome unfortunately. My pedicure feels and looks great but I didn’t get a massage and the exfoliation was very quick (that’s normally the best part for me). We were offered a hot drink which was lovely. I think they could make it a far more enjoyable experience just with being more smiley, friendly and attentive. @£40 I think that’s not a lot to ask for. After all it’s also about the TREATment!!

   I’m an older male who has a regular pedicure. First class massage chairs. Professional approach to nail and foot care with excellent foot and leg massage. Would certainly recommend.

   Will never ever go here again!!! Go to this place every month for gel nails . Had my nails done 3 days ago, and colour is already peeling off and gel not been done close enough to the cuticle . Phoned up and politely explained that I would like it rectified and I was told it’s due to the hot weather and therefore can’t be sorted unless I pay again. Wow!!!! Customer service is 0! Is that how you treat a customer who visits every single month. Will never step foot in your premises again.

   Highly recommend using Glam Nails. I had Tan, a lovely, chatty lady who did my nails perfectly, exactly how I wanted them. She made the experience nice and chilled out. Very reasonable prices, parking close by and great service.

   This nail bar is the best! I had a great experience when I walked in for new gel nails. Jason the manager was friendly and I didn't feel rushed to make up my mind of what I wanted. I received a professional service and given great advice on how to care for my nails. Really pleased with my nail colours. The price was well worth it too. I won't be going anywhere else!
