   I ordered a taxi through Booking with this company. Last minute (4 minutes before pickup), they called and cancelled. Then I had to call several times for them to mark the reservation as cancelled to get a refund. Guess what? Still no refund, its been over a week. Will NEVER use them again. Disgusting company and service.

   Absolutely appalling company - booked as an emergency pick up from crematorium by RAC as my car had broken down. Had attended a funeral and with an elderly vulnerable lady with us. Booking PAID FOR AND CONFIRMED BY TEXT - 3 hours later still not arrived - we were frozen - called to find out what happening and told after holding on for 5 mins it would be another 15 -20 mins. Arranged and paid for another taxi myself because just could not trust them to fulfil

   THE ABSOLUTE WORST Worst company to work for! Terms and conditions not clear for drivers. They won’t tell drivers how fares are calculated. They try to screw drivers as much as they can and rip drivers off. AVOID at all cost. They don’t care about the drivers

   I don't usually leave reviews but I had a taxi through booking.com with Smartzi Limited which I'd booked for the right day and time...but for the wrong month! Fortunately after booking.com had said I wouldnt be allowed a refund due to it being within 24 hours of the booking, Smartzi Limited refused payment after I explained the situation, which allowed me to get my money back. Very happy :)

   I scheduled pick up for my family from our arrival at Heathrow. The driver never came inside to meet us even though he was supposed to. When we called the company they were surprised he didn’t come inside to meet us and said they would be contacting the driver. The driver said, after my wife persuaded him, that he would come in and get us but he was not happy he had to do so. After 15-20 more minutes of no one showing up, my wife called the company again to find out that they had fired the driver and were reimbursing us our money. Do not use this company as they are not reliable or professional in any way.
