   Awful..booked a taxi to leatherhead for 6 20..at 6 30 heard nothing so called them..said was on its way be 3 or 4 mins..called at 6 45 and still said on its way..we had a restaurant booked so cancelled and got an uber..woman on phone said you can't cancel..after waiting 25 mins definitely did cancel

   As a person who uses taxis for commuting daily, I can highly recommend viceroy cars. Also a special mention to one of the drivers Paul for always going above and beyond ensuring I get to my destination and home again on time and if there is any delay he will always let me know in advance!

   The outgoing taxi was slightly early, although this meant we weren't worried about any unexpected delays. We had to wait about 30 minutes for the taxi home to arrive, which was a nuisance. However the driver ensured we arrived home without any further delays. Both drivers were courteous and helpful.

   Cancelled both our prebooked taxis on the day of travel, zero chance that we’ll be able to get another taxi now. Do not book with them they will cancel your booking last minute.

   Called to book a cab in next 4 hours, because I could be flexible on times. Indian call handler then said call back at 4pm and we might have a car. He them said try another company, if you do not get any success call us back. I suggested he understands the principal of customers requiring a taxi service, where they call to book and a car arrives to take them on a journey
