Pre-booked and fully paid (Β£66) airport transfer to Gatwick for 4:00 a.m., booked one week in advance (booking ref KLMW5086505). I was travelling alone with my three children. At 3:30 a.m. the company called to say they had no driver available. No solution was provided by 4:00 a.m. I was forced to urgently look for alternatives. Multiple Uber bookings were accepted and then cancelled, before I finally managed to get one at more than double the price. The company then offered a taxi for 4:40 a.m., only to cancel it again minutes later. The original taxi never arrived. As a direct result of their failure, I had to pay Β£136.26 for an Uber to avoid missing my flight. This caused significant stress, particularly given the time of day and that I was travelling with three minors. This was a complete failure of a pre-booked airport transfer service. I am currently seeking a refund and compensation. I would strongly advise against relying on this company for early-morning or airport journeys.

Appalling and dangerous. Arrived 15mins late for an airport pick up, knowing that there would be 4 passengers. The front seat was covered in bags but worse was that there was no seatbelt in one of the side rear seats. We essentially had the choice of travelling illegally and unsafely without a belt or miss our flight. Do not use this company!

Appalling service. Let us down several times when we needed to get to the airport on time. Kept us waiting for over an hour and either cutting the phone off when we call them or never calling us back. Promising the driver would be there in 30mins and then kept us waiting over an hour. Do not use this company will mess you around, totally unreliable

Airport drop off- very late. 2 weeks in a row they were late. Today driver was 25 minutes late picking me up and considering itβs an airport drop off you would think they know the importance of being on time. Donβt use them if you need them to be on time. Otherwise their drivers are fine.

Station Cars Surbiton I contacted Station Cars explaining that I required an executive car to take my daughter to her prom as I was out of the UK unexpectedly. I initially ordered an executive Uber but was concerned they did not specify the car so switched to Station Cars as they assured me of a personal service. My daughter prom is almost as big an event as a Wedding day so was relieved when they confirmed a S Class Mercedes with a Pink Ribbon at an additional charge of Β£10. They sent me a email confirmation but without the specified car and specified cash payment. I telephoned immediately stating that was not what I requested as I am abroad and could only pay by card. They confirmed they would be sending me a payment link. A few hours before pick up on the actual day they called me and said they canβt provide the specified car and would I be happy with an E class Mercedes replacement with no ribbon but will still charge me the extra Β£10. I had no choice but to agree as it would be impossible at such short notice to find an alternative. The driver turned and became aggressive to my daughter and started swearing for his money in her special day as he was expecting cash. I called them immediately put on hold for 20 minutes and finally you will took my card payment details. The driver continued to be aggressive took cash from my daughterβs mother. She felt threatened and felt she had no alternative as your driver was destroying her daughterβs special day. My daughter recorded a full video of the abuse in the car which terrified her and has destroyed her prom which is one day in her lifetime.

I ordered a cab to pick me up from the hairdresser and was told it would be 30-35 minutes. I agreed and they confirmed the details in a text. No show after 45 minutes so I phoned them and was told by controller he would check with driver and call me back. No call received so I phoned again to be told the same thing. Finally he told me that the driver was unable to pick me up - no plausible explanation given. In all I waited over an hour and at the end of it had to start over again with another cab company. By this time it was rush hour and most companies were fully booked. Premier Cars kindly helped me out - a very professional, reliable company.

This used to be a good taxi service but since the pandemic theyβve vastly gone downhill and I would now deem them unreliable. Weβve had taxis cancelled on us at the last minute and the controllers are economical with the truth when it comes to taxis βbeing on the wayβ to pick you up. I keep on tricking myself into booking them. If you need to be somewhere urgent Iβd avoid.

Unreliable - booked a cab on Monday to pick me up at 05.15 Wednesday morning. Got a call at 04.40 saying they could not do the job and told me to get an Uber or use another cab firm. A more appropriate response would have been to do that themselves and then ring to apologise and advise of the change. This is not the first time I have been let down by this firm.

I'd give one star if I could. I pre-booked a taxi for a pre rush hour heathrow drop off. They were 50, yes 50 minutes late. Every time I called the call handler said - just another 10 minutes. I could well miss my flight. Had to resort to the more reliable uber to get to the airport, who turned up in 10 minutes flat. This company turned an already stressful time (my flight had been rescheduled) into a nightmare for me. Oh and they also asked me for more money, after being late, the agreed fare was Β£39, and then 50 minutes waiting later - they called me to say in another 15 minutes a driver could come but for more money! Not acceptable, you can't modify a prebooked and agreed fare when the delay is your fault. Very sad as I've used this company for years without issue. But they cannot be trusted to turn up at all / on time.

Still in shock, booked a morning taxi to Heathrow for flight and while waiting on the street, with bags and kid, they didn't turn up. On ringing in they informed us that there were no drivers available. Now rushing to find other ways to the airport. This is totally unacceptable. No notice and we had to ring once they didn't turn up to find out what was happening. DO NOT TRUST.
