    Booked a taxi to take us from our hotel and to our neice’s wedding venue and back. Arrived promptly both times. friendly courteous driver. Charged as quoted, cannot recommend highly enough.

    We pre booked this taxi firm on the way to and from the airport, requesting a car seat for our toddler both times. Neither time did they manage to bring one, and didnt apologise or seem to care. Not good enough! Im not sure the company owns one. Ridiculous really, if they cant be bothered to keep your baby safe.

    The standard of driving is better than other taxi companies in the area, but the service isn't great. When being collected from the airport, my driver pretended there was a problem with the car parks and that he had no choice but to wait for me in the drop-off area of the departures, which is illegal by the way! There was no problem with the car park and I couldn't see other people being collected like this, which I would expect if there was a genuine car park problem. When he rang me to find out where I was, as I had to come find him, he got annoyed with me for questioning why he was in drop-offs. Poor service, not worth the hassle!

    Consistently excellent service. Last week I landed at Heathrow, booked online on the tarmac and the cab was there when I cleared customs. Drivers always in touch, always on time, always polite and good drivers. Local journey prices always match available fairs on uber. I choose Xpert every time.

    Back home after the most amazing holiday! Taxi company that collected us, driver didn't get message about extra bags, but car was big enough anyway. However, they decided to add £30 to the £68 already paid, £98 one way from London City?? Thanks, Xpert Cars of Epsom, we won't be using you ever again, or recommending anyone else to!
