   I totally recomend him. First of all, im Spanish. The driver was ROB. He was very professional: he lets me know from the begging all the information about the trip. We start the trip 9.30 sharp and we reached the arrival point in a good timing as he knows the better way to go. Punctuality: also he was at meeting point before time. Therefore I felt safe all the time. Good pricing. Very happy with the service. I really recommend it. Thank you Rob.

   I believe his nice ratings are fake. Or maybe he treats well his Polish customers only. This is what happened: My Polish friend called and asked for a quote for me and the price was £70. Then I send a text message and asked a couple more questions, but the route, number of bags and number of passengers and the times stayed the same yet the price went up to £75. I called him because he failed to answer all the other questions and when I pointed out he had not replied to those questions AND he had given my friend a different price he just said: ok have a good day, and hang up. That's not good customer service for me. That's why I believe those 5 star ratings are not genuine but from friends and family; so unless you speak polish, beware. And he even has the audacity to refer to my review as fake instead of owning up to his mistake.
