Terrible driver, drove far too fast, far too close to car in front, had to break suddenly several times, felt unsafe, made me pay cash up front. Would never use Jubilee cars again if this is their standard of driver.
Ordered car to bring us from Stanmore to Luton airport at 6pm on 11th Sept. Driver arrived on time. He was courteous and professional and his car was immaculate. Would definitely recommend.

Once again, their driver is parked in bus stand/stop bay illegally, which is CLEARLY MARKED! They have no respect for the law, rules and regulations.
Today the driver broke my suitcase which is very unprofessional, no apologies even from the customer service while my husband spoke with them right after the incident. jubilee cars refuses to refund the taxi amount or fund for the broken suitcase. Very rude!! Is there an anyway to get this issue sorted? Someone please help!
This company has uneducated, incompetent and unprofessional driver's!! They regularly ILLEGALLY park in Stanmore Station, causing road to be blocked. The driver's are swearing & abusive when challenged.
Ordered a taxi on 8th September 2022 for round trip from Stanmore to Chenies Manor in Rickmansworth. Paid total in advance. Drop was fine and then I had to cancel the return. A refund of £30 was agreed but never received. I have telephoned many times to be told the refund will be issued but nothing to date 21st October. Cannot be trusted.
Used to be the most reliable taxi service with very polite drivers. However, used them a few months ago and was overcharged, had very rude drivers and one got lost on the way to the airport! Tried to get a refund but the owner kept making excuses and we still haven’t been refunded for the amount we overpaid.
