   They seem to be fine collecting and taking you to the airport but AVOID for airport collection. The first time they collected someone else without checking the name and had us waiting 45 minutes for them to come back (after a 24 hour flight this is the last thing you need). The 2nd time they had us waiting 30 minutes and communication was really unclear, when we finally found them after searching an entire row at the car park they didn’t even bother to greet us, and after I said how the communication was bad they just shrugged and didn’t even apologise. The car was also unclean. A shame as we like to support local businesses but Uber is more reliable. Won’t be using them again.

   I have never in my life, come across such a rude driver . 63 It took me 2 minutes to get to car, which was not even at the correct address. When I entered the vehicle and attempted to apologise for my disability, The driver, with extreme rudeness! I am not interested. I driver. I am not allowed to speak to passengers by law. I just drive. Being a vulnerable woman, who already suffers with anxiety has made me shake and cry. I called the office and was told I could not report this incident until Monday morning, when managent returned. This behavior is deplorable! What if was your 16 year daughter, that been violated! Told that she cannot speak! Driver 63 I am utterly disgusted. That man should never carry a passenger ever again!. How are supposed to trust anyone when you are ignored by the people that are supposed to make you feel safe.. not violated!!

   The booking was made under the name Valentina to UCLH The driver, who identified himself as self-employed, demanded that we pay a congestion charge on top of the agreed fare. After I asked him to confirm the fee with your office, it was clarified that no additional charge was required. When I requested that he communicate in English while discussing the matter with your office, he became extremely aggressive. He shouted at me, three female passengers, and a one-year-old baby in the car. During his outburst, he yelled that “Turkish people rule Romania,” which was completely inappropriate and intimidating. This behavior was unprofessional, threatening, and unacceptable. We felt unsafe throughout the journey, and as a result, we will not be using your company again. I strongly urge you to investigate this matter and take action to ensure the safety of future passengers. No customer should ever be subjected to such aggression

   I have used ABA Taxi Service in Borehamwood many times, including today for a trip to Luton Airport, and they consistently provide a reliable and friendly service. Prices are competitive and fair, with the airport drop-off charge (currently £5) included in the overall fare. The driver was professional, punctual, and drove carefully, taking us directly to the terminal without any hassle. This is a dependable service that I would recommend, especially for planned, pre-booked trips to and from the airports.

   (Zero Stars) terrible experience with Aba cabs.cab co is by far the worst I have ever encountered. I don't understand why the residents of Borehamwood haven't raised concerns to the council to put them out of business. They quoted me a price from the airport, the charged me an additional £10 for hand luggage, despite informing beforehand that I had two arge pieces of luggage. This is ridiculous! matters worse, the cab arrived 1.5 hours after we landed. When I called the office to inquire about the delay, the staff member argued with me rather than providing any assistance. They claimed their process requires them to arrive 30 minutes post-landing, but 1.5 hours is completely unacceptable. found their service to be incredibly rude. At one point, the the cab agency made a comment that felt racially charged, saying, “you people don’t pay.” Avoid Aba Cabs, use HERTs cab service instead. They do not care about their customers,provide a service that is both unreliable and disrespectful.

   I travel abroad and would use this mini cab company for airport transfers and pick ups on a regular basis. I have lived in borehamwood for 30 years and will never use aba cars again. I have had much trouble with this company but this was the final straw . After landing after a long tiring flight the driver who met me at Heathrow Terminal 5 refused point blank to assist me with my luggage. He told me that he is a driver and not my servant (I am not joking) and would not help me with my luggage to his car. Quite obviously this driver has a big chip on his shoulder. Also his appearance was dirty and unkept and very unprofessional and he was very rude in a passive aggressive way It was late at night otherwise I would have canceled and made my own way home and I certainly did not feel safe getting into the car with this driver. So ladies beware .... I am now using Herts cars. A bit more expensive but its a better service and I get treated with respect. A much better service for a business traveller like myself I did lodge a complaint but not sure if any action was taken against the driver.

   Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Driver very rude, extremely late for pick up no apology or compensation. Awful management and customer service. Please do not use. You will be let down and very disappointed. Better cab firms out there.

   We have just had the most helpful taxi driver, on an early Saturday morning in the pouring rain. We were slightly confused as to the exact location of where we needed dropping, (going to Strictly at Elstree studios) and he went out of his way to help us. Thank you.

   I do use Aba card time to time. This morning I called to book a trip the lady was absolutely rude shouting in the phone to be no customer service at all level. I just had a good morning and I am not a kind of customer who will shout back instide I will never use ABA anymore and share my experience with others.
