   We were sent a very small car when we had particularly informed you we had 3 passengers with 3 suitcases and 3 hand luggage we were all squashed at the back and had to put one suitcase in the passenger seat! Luckily we all fitted somehow but if we didn’t we would have to wait for another car and could have missed our flight! We are hugely disappointed considering we are long term customers. We didn’t even receive a courtesy call to apologise!
