   I moved to the UK from Canada about a year ago, and I have to say the customer service that Sean and Fiona provide at this self storage location is exceptional and easily the best I have experienced in the UK so far. Their service is on the same level as the high standards I was used to in North America, and in some ways even better. Both Sean and Fiona have been consistently patient, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They always took the time to answer my questions, whether in person or over the phone, and even went above and beyond by helping me arrange a locker at another branch. I truly appreciate everything they have done. Now I completely understand why so many others have given this branch five stars. They truly deserve it.

   I recently was made unemployed and homeless on the same day and needed somewhere to store my stuff urgently. Within a few minutes of applying for an online quote I was contacted by J.P from the Glasgow Central branch and he was incredibly helpful and empathetic of my situation. He was able to get me transferred over to the Glasgow North Branch. Within an hour I had spoken with Fiona from Glasgow North and she was kind, generous and a lovely lady to talk with. She helped me sort everything over the phone, and sent through the online paperwork right away. I also wanted to mention that the store manager at Glasgow North, Sean, was extremely friendly and helpful the next day when I moved my stuff into a storage unit. All 3 of the staff that I interacted with were fantastic and went out of their way to make sure I had not only a good deal but some much needed human kindness. Would recommend this company not just for their competitive prices, simple and accessible forms but their unmatched customer service. Thank you so much!

   Sean was amazing with helping me choose what storage is the best for my case, also clarified everything so nicely. We also had a very wonderful chat on many things, thoroughly enjoyed my time there. I would pick this branch over other branch just for Sean, what a legend...    The whole team Fiona, Sean and Carrie were absolutely fantastic- very warm, friendly and helpful. Fiona followed up quickly after I got the quote and assisted me over the phone to understand my situation and when I got into the storage facility. She asked me what I would be putting in there to make sure I got the right size and didn’t oversell or pressure me to book in and offered to give me a call back, which I really appreciated. Check in was a quick and smooth, she gave me a tour of the storage place and I was able to get in and out in within 30min. During my stay, I went in minutes before close and luckily the store manager Sean happened to hear me go in and very kindly let me run in and get things, which saved me £100 for the security call out. Check out was also really smooth and had a great chat with Sean and Carrie. Definitely recommend checking out this Safestore if you’re in Glasgow. It’s a close bus ride from the centre and easy to access. Thanks again!

   These guys are absolutely amazing! From both the move in experience right up to maintaining my account! Fiona and the rest of the team have been absolutely amazing!    Insane cost increases of 15% per annum (for the last 5 years) so I don't recommend storing here unless you it's for short-term or you are happy to shift to a new storage after promotion period /one year. We were unable to shift items as abroad and initial agreements that initial prices would not be raised were not honoured but blamed on 'new staff'. Shame because storage facility, access and staff were all fine.

Often these units are used in emergencies and trying circumstances, having such a warm and considerate person to deal with you makes a huge difference.    I believe this is the first ever Google, or adjacent, review I have ever left, but for very good reason. Due to the housing crisis in Glasgow and Edinburgh I was left coach surfing/ staying with friends until I could find somewhere to live. Understandably, this was a rather stressful time for me which was made increasingly easier by the team at Safestore, Fiona in particular. They made sure to comprehensively explain the payment process and ensured I got the best value for my money, and were just great chat and vibes. 10/10 recc!!!
