My wife and I along with our two daughters spent a long weekend in London attending a Coldplay concert. The professional help and assistance provided by AK Cars was exceptional. The prices were cheaper than competitors. From collection at Heathrow to our hotel/ hotel to and from Wembley Stadium and return to Heathrow over the weekend was perfect. Customer Service was very professional. WhatsApp messages from base with drivers details were excellent, drivers were prompt, courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend this company and we will definitely use them again whenever we are back in London. Well done AK Cars.

Cannot thank this taxi firm enough . Helped me and my disabled husband get back to our hotel from Wembley when it was really busy . The driver was so friendly and the guy who sorted the taxi was most helpful. Big thanks from us
My driver arrived on time and he helped me by carrying my cat carrier to the car and when we arrived at the vets my driver carried the cat carrier to the front door of the vets as my cat is heavy. All the drivers will always help you if needed, also the staff in the office are very nice and friendly. AK Cars are open 24 hours which is good especially if you need a cab in an emergency.
Good service when you making booking also reminder message to your phone. The driver are polite and helpful.
Severely dissatisfied with service. Cab driver was 30 minutes late and has the audacity to tell me I was waiting in the wrong place. When I called him he was still on the way but kept insisting that he had arrived.
Absolutely terrible, I am outraged, you should never use this cab service, I booked a cab from the airport, delays within the airport led me to be 45 minutes late, last minute they charged me an extra £20! The drivers are rude, cars are smelly, no professionalism and no curtesy, didn’t even open the door for the luggage, the car was so smelly, I opened the window, he had the audacity to close the window without saying anything, absolutely terrible everything, highly terrible business!
Absolutely awful service. Booked a car with 1 hours notice today to go to kings cross as had a train to catch. The car never turned up despite repeated callings to them and they hung up on me several times. Have used them in the past and they are always late but this is an utter disgrace. Meant we missed the train and had to book a new ticket. Utter joke of a company.
