Ordered a cab for 6.30, waited , called at 6.40 no show, told no cabs available will be another 20 minutes, unacceptable, this was booked at 16.30, no communication from cab company to delay. Not recommended.
Pathetic and the worst service. Please don't book any ride; they are a fraud, and while booking, they confirm the time and then never send a cab. When you call each time, they just give excuses and increase the time. Never sent the cab for last two bookings. Be aware of this fraudulent service. Please don't use this service; I missed an important hospital appointment due to their negligence and not sending a cab. Be ashamed as a worst service provider you Station Cars and change the name to Fraudster Cars.
Booked a taxi and told it was a 15 minute wait. An hour later and it still hadn’t arrived. They refused to refund me even though they kept telling me it was only 5 minutes away. Then they cancelled the whole trip. Use uber instead.
Possibly one of the worst cab service I have ever used. Booked a cab at 7.30 and took it would be 10 minutes. Currently, it’s 8.20 and still hasn’t arrived. They’ve refused to give me a refund.
Requested a pick up from gatwick back to my house with my toddler requested a car seat . Driver turned up without a car seat was very unapologetic and did not car. Tried to complain to station cars who ignored all my emails. Would never use again.
Absolutely do not use - completely unreliable and poor communication. Was late for our pickup on the way to the airport. We let that slide as it was only 5 minutes or so. On our return, despite having booked a 6.40am pickup and giving our flight details (6.25 arrival time and flight number), and multiple calls and texts to the main number and the driver's mobile we had been given, driver did not arrive until 7.37. By that stage, we had given up and informed the company we would get a taxi from the taxi stand instead. Driver kept indicating he was nearly there, which was clearly untrue. Waiting for our refund.
I used Station Cars Epsom for trips to and from the airport this week - my outbound flight was cancelled at short notice so I needed to cancel my taxi and then later reorganise one for the new flight. Changes were made without any hassle. Various unexpected delays on the return trip meant I was just over an hour late to getting to the taxi. The female driver was brilliant there and back. We were glad to have her again on the way back. Thank you!
Absolutely Appalling!!! DO NOT USE THIS TAXI COMPANY. Awful start to the holiday with a taxi booked taking us to the airport and it still not being there 20 minutes after the time it was meant to be!! We called them several times and they kept a saying “it will be with you very shortly” but they were not apologetic at all. Ended up jumping in a Uber - God knows whether it would have turned up in the end. Only use this company if you want no guarantee that you will make your flight!
One of the best service providers in Worcester Park area. I made a pre-booked journey with them, and it was really awesome. Driver on time, very friendly and humble. They have cheapest rates. It is totally worth booking with them. Highly recommended!
Always the same.... If they pick you up at early hours, there is no issue. But during the day/evening, it's a different story. Then when collecting at the airport, it is ALWAYS late. When I phone to query where the taxi is, I'm getting no apologies for being late, they blame on the traffic. But when taxi arrives, it turns out they only got the job as my plane landed - of course they will be late. 15 years I have been using them but I'm really tired, yesterday was the last time. To be clear, the chauffeurs are not the issue, it is the company/booking system/customer service. Awful, stay away
