I use Sutton Airport cars a lot because they are very reliable and flexible. Their drivers are very polite and adjust to customer requests. The cars are very spacious and clean. I'll happily recommend them to my family and friends.

Booked a taxi to Gatwick airport at 6.10 to get to a funeral in Scotland. Had a confirmation text confirming time and to have £50 cash to pay driver. Got to 6.15 and no arrival so tried to ring… each time the phone rung through with no answer never arrived and have ended up struggling to get another taxi short notice currently getting a lift from a neighbour but not sure I will make my flight. Absolutely disgusting service. Avoid!
Unfortunately, I cannot rate zero or I would. My husband booked online a taxi for the airport a week in advance. The booking was confirmed via emal. No one turned up. Nobody answered the phone either despite us frantically calling and leaving messages. The whattsapp messaging service also went unanswered. Uber saved the day and our family holiday. Nobody even ever called us to offer an explanation. Strongly advise against using them.
These folks are very poor. Not reliable service at all and on the phone they are not at all helpful. If you really don't want to be stuck at the airport with no cab, I will truly advise you to stay away from this company and try somewhere else.
I have been using this company regularly for the last 6-8 months for trips to and from Heathrow airport. During my last journey, the driver was falling asleep in the car, drifting across lanes on the motorway and braking very late. I felt incredibly unsafe in the vehicle. When I contacted the company to highlight that this driver was a danger, I received a one line apology, followed by a "crying with laughter" emoji. Totally unacceptable. I won't be using this company again. - edit: I am definitely reviewing the right car company - same website and contact details.
Booked return taxi before our holiday, including paying £5 meet and greet. We landed to a text from the driver to let him know when we had landed (they should track and know!). No meet and greet, tried calling and WhatsApp the company with no reply after numerous attempts. Driver then turns up an hour after our scheduled landing. No apology and asked for the same amount including meet and greet (which he said was £4 when we said we weren't going to pay it!). We won't be using them again, we will be using Uber in the future and recommend everyone else does the same!
