   This car service was excellent. They were very responsive during the scheduling portion and sent me confirmation with the name and picture of my driver. My driver was extremely professional, arrived early and text me when he was arrived. I would definitely use them again.

   I would 100% recommend the London Minicab Service Ltd. Communication with Anthony was exceptional, the drivers who picked myself and my sister up from Heathrow and drove us back 2 days later were really professional, pleasant and courteous. The cars were clean and very comfortable.

   I used London Mini Cab Service this morning to go to Gatwick airport during the train strikes and have nothing but praise for this company. They made a potential stressful morning into an easy and stress free morning. Very quick response from sending through a quote enquiry through the website. Anthony handled my booking and he is fantastic, friendly and so helpful, there to answer any questions. You get an email with the booking details, the driver details and out of hours contact number in case you need to speak to them which I really like. The driver was even a few mins early and called me upon arrival to let me know that she had arrived so whenever I was ready to come down. The driver was very friendly, helped me with my suitcase and even opened the door for me. Amazing service, communication and punctuality and also a good price. I highly recommend!

   Excellent service. We went with my daughter to London for medical reasons. British Airways were messy- delayed flight but our transportation to London city was impeccable. More over the day after in spite of strike of transportation workers Anthony had possibility not only to arrange our ride back to airport ,but to provide us a tour around the London memorable places. Driver Georgie is a charming person. It was horrendous traffic jam (due to strike), but he managed in highly professional way and we saw the most of pearls of London. I highly recommend this company .Anthony has a lot of empathy and makes your life easy and comfort even in difficult moments.
