   We had an absolutely outstanding experience with our Taxi. Our driver, Darren, provided some of the best service we’ve ever had in any city. He picked us up from our hotel and took us to the Enterprise Car Hire at London Heathrow Airport, and the entire ride was exceptional from start to finish. Not only was Darren professional, friendly, and efficient, but he was also incredibly knowledgeable. We had a truly memorable conversation during the drive. Despite everything we had learned during our time in London, Darren shared fascinating facts and insights we had never heard before. His depth of knowledge about the city, its history, and its culture was remarkable. Honestly, Darren could be a university professor. He is brilliant. The ride was comfortable, smooth, and enjoyable, and we arrived right on time. This was far more than just transportation, it was one of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommended, especially if you’re lucky enough to ride with Darren.

   I had two trips with these gentlemen today. Marc drove us from SE9 to Guys hospital during the rush hour and worked hard to get there as quickly as possible using his "knowledge" training. A great conversationalist and very competent driver. We had booked a return journey after the hospital appointment and had to book it 2 hours after my appointment to allow for any delays. Marc informed us his Brother Paul would be collecting us later and got Paul to WhatsApp his phone number to me and said if we finished earlier to call and he would come earlier for us which is what occurred. Thanks to his flexibility we were home just after the time we originally booked for pickup at Guys. I would also mention that I use a class2 mobility scooter and they did not hesitate to help me get safety seated and push my scooter into the cab by placing thr drive on manual. We could not have been any happier with our journey. Cost, people often criticise Licenced Taxi prices. This journey was £65 each way. If we had been able to use public transport which was not practical with my scooter especially at morning rush hour we would have paid about £7 each plus bus fare home to the railway station and it would have added an hour to the journey time on what was already as stressful day. In my opinion it was a valid price.

   I wanted to hire a nice vehicle to get my mum around for her 70th birthday, and I thought a traditional London Taxi would be a wonderful choice. It really was! Marc was truly fantastic! He was an absolute gentleman, incredibly helpful, and very friendly. He genuinely enhanced the experience of the day. I wholeheartedly recommend him.
