   Absolutely terrible taxi company. 45 minutes late to pick up 6 under 18 year olds. No apologies. No communication. Excuses of "car broken down", and no replacement sent or offered. Book with literally anyone else. Or walk instead.

   I had the most amazing experience using their service. The driver was so kind and cooperative. Cause of some delays, he even calmly waited for me unlike other drivers who just leave the passenger and go. He even helped me with picking up the luggages which was such a kind gesture. Overall my experience was amazing and I recommend everyone to use their services. They are the BEST!!!!

   Rang for a cab to go from NW10 to SE11. Was told the £75 fare includes congestion charge. If you are driving through the congestion charge from NW10 to SE11 you need to you need to look at the map better and also learn London roads / routes better

   AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! We have not been collected by the driver even though the driver was told the flight was delayed and we were waiting for baggage. We even spoke to him on the phone to tell him and sent him a text. I called the company directly and they have said that the driver left and that they are not willing to help me. I don’t understand why the driver left. He told us he was waiting in the drop off area but when we got there he had gone. The firm were not helpful at all and said we were too late even though the driver was notified. I would have happily paid extra. I have reported this firm to minicabit and I’m in need of a refund as we are now looking for an Uber. I cannot trust this service again. It is unacceptable to leave someone stranded at an airport late on a Saturday when they have prepaid for a service.
