As a group of 5 travelling from Canada, I needed to book a minicab van transfer from Heathrow to London and back, AND from our Eurostar journey to Brussels from St. Pancras station and back in the middle of the week. Anthony took care of whatever, the platinum level of customer service! And we had the exact same driver for all 4 transfers, Nestor, who was quite perhaps the best male on earth.
