   This is the second occasion now my mum has gone in and be made to feel uncomfortable… she raised an issue with her nails being wonky… the man there got very argumentative with her telling her it was her fault. Refused to carry on the service, took one of the nails off and that has resulted in my mums finger being in a lot of pain and the rest of her nails feeling extremely sore! I don’t know how he is able to do people nails! Like is said this isn’t the first time this has happened!

   I am a gentleman in my 70s and use Vickys regularly for my pedicure. Always a delight. Friendly staff perhaps a little difficult to communicate with lack of understanding of their language . However would highly recommend. Today a treatment by a young man who was excellent. Very helpful, polite, friendly and did an excellent job. Thank you.

   Second time going and so pleased with both shellac on my hands and polish on my toes. Had it done 2 weeks ago and still looks as good as it did when i had it done and I've been away on holiday. Staff are lovely and very professional. I know some people have complained but I understand it's not the current staff who were rude, it's probably the previous staff hence why they no longer work there. Don't be put off by the negative comments, I went there from recommendation and know a lot of people who are very happy with their nails.
