   Liars, cheats and thieves Ordered an estate car for an airport pick up and they sent a compact SUV. Not enough space for the passengers and luggage, we were squashed, it was also very unsafe. The driver was rude, he also had severe body odour and argued that we had 2 car seats. 2 adults and an infant in a travel car seat. My husband was holding the stroller on his lap in the passenger seat. I had to be squashed because one of the back seats was put down to fit our suitcases. We only had 3 suitcases, no hand luggage, that's how small the vehicle was. I called and was told to email yet no-one got back to me. I would have accepted a part refund for the difference in car size, that would have been £15 but I filed a charge back with my credit card company instead and got a full refund because no-one got back to me. Thanks for the free ride!!!

   Galpin Cars does not deserve even a single star. Their system deducted the funds twice from my account. It has been almost a month later and they still have not returned the funds. The owner refuses to return calls or messages and the staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. Please think before using this company as they as not honest and not trustworthy.

   Booked a cab and the driver was on time, very polite, put the cases in the car for us, the ride was smooth and couldn't have been a better experience. I would highly recommend Galpins cars

   Terrible service. Unreliable. Confirmed twice with the central booking team the day before only for there to be complete chaos on the day of our journey. Lady even called back and confirmed the ages of the children. Central team did resolve the matter by sending two cars for the same price however it came 25 minutes after our booking was meant to take place. First driver (attached) was extremely rude. No respect for the luggage by chucking it down and then was extremely argumentative, also refusing to put another small luggage in front seat (on the floor) despite having space. Second driver was polite and courteous.

   Useless!! During the week, their cars are booked for school runs. If you managed to book in advance for a ride to the airport, they rushed you because of the school contracts. The app doesn't tell you, that their cabs are booked out and still take your money. The telephone customer service is rude and unaccommodating. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE.
