Very good service, the driver came on time, on a nice, clean car and not too expensive. Maybe the communication between the person I spoke to to book & the drivers needs to improve a little, I called the second time to make them aware I had 2 cases with me and to alert the driver, the operator reassured it was ok, however, the driver was not too impressed and reluctant to load them in the car.

I booked a taxi to go to gatwick airport. it was a late night flight. i could get the confirmation of the booking and could easily track my driver. it was a fast and a good service. the driver was polite and professional. would absolutely recommend
One star because there Is No less possible. I called them 20 min earlier in advance not to wait. Asked for cab in 20 min. After 30 min there was still no cab. I’m 8 months pregnant and was desperate to go to toilet. Called them . Said 5-6 min. After another 10 min called them , they said driver will call me . He didn’t. Called them again 5 min later . They said they will call driver and call me back . Never did . I needed to carry all this bags home . Not the first time they did me like that . I spoke with Menager after last time . Avoid people!!!! Worst company ever.
Punctual, good value, easy to book & text confirmations/updates are an added bonus. I had a super friendly driver for my early morning trip to the airport. Will definitely book again.
