   Haven't even booked a cab from the this place but from looking at the reviews, the owner has terrible PR skills. Seriously, just take a look at the way they respond to bad reviews. Terrible English & grammar to boot.. Id rather walk than give these people my money lol

   From the moment we entered the vehicle, the driver was incredibly rude and unpleasant. He demanded payment before we could start our trip, which took us by surprise as we weren't aware of that policy. We mentioned that we had used Royal Cars in the past and had always paid after reaching our destination. He responded rudely, saying he didn't care and that it wasn't his concern.We informed him that we were unaware beforehand, and he claimed it had been mentioned during the call, stating that he would charge me double if he played the call recording. Maybe it was and I didn’t hear. We did not have any issue with paying the money upfront, but it would have been nice to receive that information in a more courteous manner. He made us feel quite uneasy and tense throughout the entire ride home. Individuals like that should not be in a customer service role. There was a complete lack of professionalism and respect. Called the company and the person I spoke to was just as rude and made excuses saying customers they pick up from Costco are rubbish and that’s why some drivers are also rude! Like seriously!!! This company is a joke!! Extremely disappointing and shocking!! Your reply to my review just proves my whole point. My issue was not paying upfront! My issue is how unprofessional and rude you people are!!! You asked me how many packs of water I had and I said 6. If you wanted me to list all the items I had bought, you should have asked me! There was barely anything in the 2nd troller, we only had it so my son could sit on it! If the driver did not want to take the things too he could have said it! Very very unprofessional and you can’t even take accountability for that! What a joke!

   Absolutely terrible service, driver was late and did not arrive on time. They have no respect for customers, and was shouting down the phone at me when I questioned why the driver had not arrived. Staff are rude and don't ever listen, and always get irate and try to backtalk you. Appalling company, don't ever use.

   I called to book a cab from west Croydon to west wickham and was told the journey cost £50. Had to call them back to double check to price was correct, then after telling the operator that the price must be wrong he instead insisted that I am not able to afford the ride. I’m not sure about everyone else but as someone who frequently takes cabs I can say that journey is no more than £22. I WOULD NOT advise that you use this service.

   TERRIBLE SERVICE!! Do not book with this company!!! I spoke to someone at Royal Cars yesterday evening to book a taxi for the morning, they confirmed it and even confirmed the price. They never showed up to pick me up and then when I called them, they tried to claim I had never booked a taxi! Absolute joke and I then missed a very important appointment no thanks to Royal Cars

   Tried to book a taxi The driver VERY rude and hostile, such that I got out of the vehicle and had to seek alternative means of getting home. I called to speak to the manager in the office, he was extremely disrespectful and rude raising his voice and swore at me. Consequently I didn't use their service but booked uber Very very bad service I would not recommend using them at all and certainly will not consider using them myself Disgusting customer service

   So I enquired about to become a PCO driver for this company and was told i would need to come Croydon for Jobs which i found strange as I live in London most company they will give you jobs via job app an you complete them . So I messaged back again to asking if they needed drivers and I was spoken to rudely again saying you applied before to us desperately asking for jobs an all you do is drive a simple Skoda Octavia! I replied back to the message an said even if I applied 10 times no need to speak to people like that and be rude to them there is a way for you to deliver your message professionally and in nice manner. I was told to F!!! OFF!!! via message which i have evidence of and when I called back the phone was put down on me and I left a voice mail to state my treatment only just because I enquired about a job at your company you insult me. he left a voicemail on my phone which was threatening to report me to TFL within what grounds i don't know, what only because I said I cannot travel to Croydon as it far. I was not rude or abusive to you at any time but certainly didn't deserve the treatment i got from ROYAL CARS staff, any more calls or texts from Royal cars i will reporting them for harassment!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS DRIVER OR CUSTOMERS NO NEED TO GET TREATMENT LIKE THIS AT ALL!! I FEEL SORRY FOR ALL THE DRIVERS THAT WORK UNDER THIS COMPANY AN GLAD I AM NOT ONE OF THEM!!!
