Ordered a cab at very short notice at peak traffic time. I missed the first pick up as the driver was early, phoned and a new car arrived within 5 minutes. The driver even stopped to let us draw cash! £25 cheaper than an Uber would have been. Very efficient and reliable, used 3x now and will definitely recommend.
Was using this company a lot over the last year and for the last couple of weeks now they have been really inconsistent with drivers and always cancelling jobs. I would look elsewhere now and this has lost them a good customer that uses them at least 3 days a week.
I decided to support the local cab firm and boy was that a bad idea. I pre-booked a cab for 4:20am to take me to the train station so I could get the Eurostar, HOWEVER at roughly 4:10 the driver attempted to call me ONCE, then the office attempted to call me ONCE. I got out of the shower and saw these 2 missed calls, I called the firm at 4:13 and was told the cab driver had cancelled because "he couldn't reach me" and was now on his way to the airport with another customer. Ridiculous. It was a blessing in disguise as I ended up using bolt and payed literally half the price RR quoted me. It's not 2009 anymore there is no point using this company. They are REDUNDANT.
One of the worst taxi experiences I’ve ever had. Told me 20-25 minutes, received a message saying driver 5 miles away. Then nothing for 45 minutes. Called the telephone number and was advised that no drivers were in the area and that any numbers were subject to driver availability. I pointed out that I’d been told a driver was on way and was told he’d decided to reject the pickup. No apology. Apparently it was my fault for expecting a pickup when this was not guaranteed, despite my not having been told that the booking was not definite!
Driver turned up on time, he got a little lost but was quickly resolved with him calling me. They don't speed as much as they used to! Well, this guy didn't. Price far cheaper than online pricing for competitors. Driver could only take cash, although apparently we could pay card. I would book with them again, just make sure to have cash to be safe (we had a 3am pick up on a Sunday which was the same price as any other day or time, which I was impressed with)
Alright I'll be super Honest here, You guys got an amazing team that keeps us aware of stats and we feel secure that someone is watching over us. Fares are Exceptionally Good if we go in comparison to Other online cab services, I usually don't write this long review but they were top notch .
Excellent service with competitive prices and highly committed. My parents travelled to another city. They were very happy with quality and cleanliness of car and good behaviour of driver.

Will definitely use this service again.
