   We called in need of a ride home and they said only for 10,000£. We were able to get a ride home elsewhere moments later for 40£. They assured us they were not kidding and that they were serious that this was the only price. It was NYE, but given we easily were able to get another ride, this was ridiculous (surely no one would ever pay that). Warning to all about price gauging from this company, especially if they know you are not from the UK.

They were accommodating when I needed to amend a booking at the last minute, and all drivers delivered a friendly and amazing service. Will definitely be booking with them again.

The taxi that was sent was clean and ever so comfortable for the journey I had due to the train strike Thank you Amin for the amazing work you did you are an amazing credit to this company and I know im a difficult person and was super stressed on the day you stayed calm and polite right through will certainly use this company again

   We have used Arrow Fleet a few times recently at work to book taxis for colleagues and the service has been excellent. We have always been able to book taxis, even last minute, and they always turn up (unlike Addison Lee, who have become quite unreliable). Amin in particular is extremely helpful and we would not hesitate to use their service again.

   Best Minicab Fleet in London! Very good, quick and professional service. Their drivers are all around London from East to West and you never wait more than 30 minutes from your call. If booked with notice, the ride is a pleasure with the option to book a high end car. I can't help booking them for my transfers from/to the airport.

   Big thank you to Amin who found me a driver in the middle of a tube strike. He was a absolute pleasure to deal with and I appreciated the reliability given all taxi firms at high capacity due to the strike, and with other companies I hadn't been sure they would turn up but Amin meant I wasn't concerned. Despite the strike and high traffic my driver was early, kindly waited and is very polite with a clean and professional car. Would recommend.
