Was really disappointed! I called too find out the cost of a taxi to Gatwick. I said that I needed to double check before I would make the reservation, the company handler just put down the phone. No acknowledgement, no words to at least say thank you for the enquiry etc. It was just so rude. Hasten to say that I went with a competitor to Gatwick and of course the return. Manners cost nothing. I won't be considering this company again.
