   Best response ever from ordering a cab from Brixton Tesco; I was told immediately “driver on the way”. Customer waiting behind me asked how long did they say? I responded, they said it’s on its way; that’s either a miracle or a lie! I was still putting stuff in the bags when my cab arrived! Brilliant!! keep it up, thank you.

   I needed a cab ASAP and uber was unable to help. Unfortunately having a local taxi firm not far away no longer exists. I asked Google for the nearest cab firm to my location and Google gave me P & L Group, thank God. The driver was a local, very pleasant and we had a great conversation. Also patient because it was the first time going to this address in a cab. I have made a note of this cab firm in my phone and also have their card. I recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

   Excellent service from P&L cars! Booked in advance, confirmed via text and email, car arrived bang on time, and driver was friendly but allowed me a peaceful journey. He even provided an umbrella for me from the car to the entrance of my destination as the rain was so heavy. Thank you so much! Thoroughly recommend.

   This company is the reason why I always say to my friends we should walk home. From when I called they answered the phone saying the cab would be there in 45 mins. At 35mins passed I called to make sure everything was okay and was told to wait another 30 mins (1h 5mins) when we originally wanted the cab as soon as possible. When the time came he still wasn't here I called back and they told me wait 30mins more. My friends ended up taking the cab after falling asleep whilst waiting which must've been awful cause it was really cold. But overall poor manners. Liars clearly. Unefficient and really not the best people to call cause they destroyed the party's flow. Better off leaving early and walking home least I can save some change.

   Always a delight to use this cab office drivers are friendly and will get you to your destination in a timely manner.. only problem is because they are so good you have to call half an hour before you actually need the cab.
