   I called for a car about 50 minutes ago for my partner and children, the driver said he will be 5-10 minutes. 20 minutes later still no sign but my partner called and said a driver came outside the mechanics and when he asked him if he was the driver he said no that he worked for NHS (oh please) and drove off. I then called the office about 6 times because i was being ignored and when the man answered he was very rude and aggressive saying he doesn't know why and then when i told him that my partner saw the driver and he said he worked for NHS his words were ' i dont know sorry bye now' and cut off the phone. The children were made to stand outside for an hour because of this stupid cab service. THANK GOD FOR UBER !!! NEVER USE !

   Used them a couple of times for Gatwick runs. They were punctual (slightly early, actually), the cars were clean, and there was no fuss. They even email you before hand with a picture of the driver, which I think is a nice touch for safety. Would use them again.
